About

Our people are our biggest asset.

We aim to cultivate a workplace where all employees feel valued, welcome, and safe. We provide the tools and training needed to cultivate the best in our people enabling them to thrive. Because of our commitment to training, many of our team have multiple trades and competencies bringing a broader range of skills to projects.

Our Difference

We pride ourselves on forward thinking, problem solving and outstanding communication.  Rather than completing one small part of a job and walking away, we ensure that what we’re delivering is in alignment with your overall plan. We’ll take the time to fully understand your needs and ensure that we provide a solution tailored to you. We’ve grown our teams to be able to deliver services that complement each other, saving you time dealing with more stakeholders than necessary.

Our Footprint

We strive to be aware of our environmental footprint and to exercise responsible planning and decision making, limiting our unnecessary or excessive use of energy, fuels, and consumables.

Ethical procurement is important to us. We do our best to ‘shop local’ as well as offering employment opportunities to locals particularly on regional projects. Local resourcing is in alignment with our goals of supporting small regional communities and saving on our transport and consumption footprint.

Our Commitment to the Environment

  • We abide by, and in many cases exceed government environmental regulations
  • Tracking our waste consignments using systems such as the EPA’s WasteLocate where each consignment has its own unique transport identification.
  • Wherever safe and achievable, we recycle building materials such as concrete, metal and timber.
  • Our restoration team is committed to reusing aged materials, where appropriate, as both an environmental and historical contribution

Social Values

While working on regional projects, we do our best to ‘shop local’ as well as offering employment opportunities to locals. Local resourcing is in alignment with our goals of supporting small regional communities and saving on our transport and consumption footprint.

We strive to be a diverse employer, providing employment opportunities to the person that is most capable for the job. We aim to cultivate a workplace where all employees feel valued, welcome, and safe. We provide the tools and training needed to cultivate the best in our people enabling them to thrive.
